Pasand™ SSP100 is a traditional, potassium-based soap known for its jelly-like consistency and deep amber to dark brown color pasty Soft Soap, primarily used in the ceramic industry for mould release. It is mixed with kerosene, diesel or petrol to form a thin film. It is also used as input in industrial, house-hold and textile products as cleaning material.

Application

  • Used in the ceramics and plaster industry to prevent casts from sticking to molds.
  • Used extensively as a lubricant when joining rubber-ringed plastic or clay pipes. It provides "slip" without damaging the rubber gaskets.
  • Acts as a lubricant in the process of pulling metal through a die to reduce its diameter.
  • Employed as a scouring agent to remove oils and impurities from raw wool or cotton.
  • Highly effective at emulsifying grease and carbon deposits on engines and industrial floors.

Pasand™ SSP100 is packaged in 55 kg and 200 Kg containers. Private labelling and customised packing is also available on request. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.

Material must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
