Pasand™ DD100 is an environmentally safe special aqueous blend of anionic and non-ionic surfactants, equally effective in fresh and saturated salt water. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of water based mud system and has a strong lubricating effect. In addition, it has anti-bit balling affect to reduce bottom-hole assembly.

Features And Benefits
- It "wets" the surface of the drill bit and bottom-hole assembly (BHA), preventing sticky clays (gumbo) from adhering to the metal
- By lowering the surface tension, it provides a degree of lubricity in the wellbore.
- Helps the mud pass through the shaker screens more effectively by reducing the "stickiness" of the fluid, which prevents screen blinding.
- Excellent for cleaning the rig floor and drill pipe after pulling out of the hole (POOH).
- Helps in emulsifying small amounts of oil into the water-based mud system if needed.
Application
It may be used in all areas of water-based drilling fluids to reduce the foaming tendencies of water-based muds. It is compatible with fresh water mud, sea water mud and brine system mud. It is also effective in KCL and sea water muds.

Packing
Pasand™ DD100 is packaged in 200 litre or 208 litre HDPE drums. Private labelling and customised packing is also available on request. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.

Material must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
