Pasand Lube-EST is a high-performance ester-based lubricant derived from vegetable/plant sources. It is designed to provide exceptional lubricity in both Water-Based Muds (WBM) and Oil-Based Muds (OBM), this ester-base offers superior film strength, higher thermal stability, and is fully biodegradable It is a cost effective equivalent to RADIAGREEN EBL.

Features And Benefits
- Reduces torque and drag issues by providing lubricity to water-based drilling operations without compromising or damaging production zones.
- Readily dispersible in any water-based drilling fluid.
- Helps to prevent bit-balling and differentially stuck pipe; will have no negative effects on the fluid rheology or filtration properties.
- In most cases, will improve the overall API and HTHP fluid loss behaviors of the fluid.
Application
PASAND Lube-EST is dispersible in water-based muds and has high compatibility with most additives. It can also be used in directional and crooked holes, deeper holes, packed holes, where frictional forces tend to be relatively high to reduce the loss of mechanical power.
Additions of 1 – 3% PASAND Lube-EST by volume will effectively reduce friction levels upwards to 20% - 50%, respectively.

Packing
Pasand Lube-EST is packaged in 195kg drums or supplied in bulk IBC/ISO. Private labelling and customised packing is also available on request. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.

Material must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
