EP Lube (Silicate/Oil Based) - PasandTM EPL100


PasandTM EPL100 is a nontoxic, bio-degradable torque reducer from specialized blend of treated vegetable oils and food grade paraffin. It imparts extreme pressure Lubricating Properties to the drilling fluids and prevents wall sticking.


It is formulated for sodium silicate based drilling fluids aiding in minimizing torque drag, differential sticking tendencies and shale inhibition. It is used in sodium silicate mud systems for extreme alkaline condition with non-foaming properties.

Application

PasandTM EPL200 is an environmentally safe bio-degradable water soluble lubricant, designed to reduce torque & drag, and lower the potential of bottom-hole assembly balling in all water based muds under extreme pressure conditions.

PasandTM EPL300 an environmentally safe high temperature, extreme pressure lubricant for use in all water based mud systems. It is a water soluble lubricant designed to reduce torque & drag and to lower the potential of bottom-hole assembly balling in all water base muds under extreme pressure conditions.

  • It is easily miscible in water based mud and works in all fresh water or salt water mud.
